Wickerham Salt Agar Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 1 L distilled water:
    • Glucose 10 g
    • Soya peptone 5 g
    • Malt extract 3 g
    • Yeast extract 3 g
    • Tropic marine salt 30 g
    • Agar 15 g
  2. Adjust pH to 7.3.
  3. Autoclave to sterilize.
