Potato-Carrot Medium Recipe

  1. Add the following to 1 L distilled water
    • 300 g potatoes (sliced with skin)
    • 25 g carrots (peeled and sliced)
  2. Boil potatoes and carrots in water for 20 minutes
  3. Filter particulates
  4. Add 15 g agar
  5. q.s. volume to 1 L
  6. Autoclave to sterilize
  7. Pour plates when sufficiently cooled.
