N-Z Amine Agar with Soluble Starch and Glucose

  1. Dissolve the following in 900 ml water
    • 10 g glucose
    • 20 g soluble starch
    • 5 g yeast extract
    • 5 g N-Z Amine Type A (Sigma C0626)
    • 1 g CaCO3
    • 15 g agar
  2. q.s. to 1 L with distilled water.
  3. Autoclave to sterilize
