M17 Media Recipe

1. Add the following to 800ml H₂O
   • 5g Neopeptone
   • 5g Bactosoytone
   • 5g Beef extract
   • 2.5g Yeast extract
   • 0.5g Ascorbic acid
   • 1g 2-Glycerolphosphate x 5 H₂O, disodium salt
2. Adjust volume to 960ml with dH₂O
3. Sterilize by autoclaving
4. Let cool to room temperature
5. Add 40ml of 25% glucose
6. Add 1ml of 1M MgSO₄
