Glucose Peptone Yeast Extract Agar (GPYA) Recipe

1. Dissolve the following in 800ml of distilled water
   • Agar 15.0 g
   • Yeast extract 5.0 g
   • Peptone 5.0 g
   • Glucose 40.0 g
2. q.s. to 1L with distilled water
3. Autoclave to sterilize.
