ELISA Coating Buffer Recipe

1. Dissolve 5.3g of Na₂CO₃ in 900ml distilled H₂O.
2. Dissolve 4.2g of NaHCO₃ in the solution from step 1.
3. Dissolve 1g sodium azide in the solution from step 2.
4. pH to 9.6.
5. Adjust volume to 1L with additional distilled H₂O.

Note: For coating step add 0.1 to 1ug/ml anti target antibody to buffer and incubate at 4^oC for 12-24 hours.
