CASO Agar Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 850ml of distilled water:
      • 15g Casein peptone
      • 5g Soymeal peptone
      • 5g NaCl
      • 15g Agar
  2. Adjust pH to 7.3
  3. Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
  4. Autoclave or filter sterilize
