Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS) Recipe

1. Dissolve the following in 800ml of distilled H2O.
   • 8g of NaCl, 0.2g of KCl
   • 3g of Tris base
2. Add 0.015g of phenol red.
3. Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl.
4. Add distilled H2O to 1L.
5. Sterilize by autoclaving.
