Recipe for 4% Formaldehyde and 1% Gluteraldehyde (4F1G)

To make 100ml of 4% Formaldehyde and 1% Gluteraldehyde (4F1G)

1. Dissolve the following in 88ml of water.
   • 0.27g NaOH.
   • 1.16g NaH₂PO₄.
   • 10ml of 40% formaldehyde.
   • 2ml of 50% Gluteraldehyde.
2. pH to 7.2.
